Privacy Policy

Tirely operates a business-to-business catalog and ordering platform for independent tire shops. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the email communications we send on behalf of our customers (the tire shops who embed our widget).

We collect three categories of information:

• Tire shop information: business name, owner name, owner email address, the website domain where the widget is deployed, and shop-level pricing settings. This is provided by the shop owner during onboarding.
• Customer order information: when a consumer places an order through a shop's embedded widget, we collect their name, email, phone number, vehicle details (year, make, model), and the tire they wish to order.
• Catalog data: tire specifications and wholesale pricing from licensed tire distributors.

Tirely sends only transactional email — never marketing email — and only to recipients who have explicitly initiated a transaction:

• Order notifications to shop owners: when a customer places an order through a shop's widget, we email the shop owner the order details. The shop owner consented to these notifications during onboarding.
• Order confirmations to customers: if a customer provides an email address while placing an order, we may send them a confirmation that their order was received by the shop.

We do not send promotional, newsletter, or marketing email to shop owners or customers. We do not sell or rent email addresses to third parties.

Tirely monitors email delivery, bounces, and complaints continuously. Hard bounces and spam complaints automatically suppress further email to the affected address. Shop owners can request immediate suppression by emailing us.

Order records are retained while a shop's account is active so the shop can refer back to past orders. We delete shop and order data within 30 days of an account being closed, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit (TLS) and at rest (encrypted cloud storage). Access to production data is restricted to the Tirely engineering team.
